Billie is a company about all things clean. After partnering with the Environmental Working Group that gives unbiased opinions and resources on what is really ‘clean,’ Billie set out to make products that are incredibly safe for the face and skin. The Wonder Wipes actually work wonders! They are gentle makeup removing wipes for sensitive skin that are powerful and actually work. These wipes are made with Vitamin C serums for hydration and brightening powers and are made with hyaluronic acid for extra skin moisturizing. These wipes are also hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and 100% biodegradable. Billie is a company that comments on the importance of ‘less is more.’ Billie is ten steps ahead of us all- their safe and healthy mission to keep skin clean is impressive- we’re talking EWG standards clean.

Billie has healthy products, affordable prices, and pleasing designs. The packaging is incredibly thought out, the boxes they ship in are cute, simple, and clean. They are a no-nonsense company, and very straight to the point they are. They’re a company that presents exactly what they’re going to offer, and why.
My Take (What I liked or didn’t like, favorite features or overall opinion)
From their products to their packaging, this company is incredible. Their name, however, doesn’t capture their brand at all. They could have chosen a different name to represent the essence of their thoughtfully clean brand.
Quality (How it compares to competitors? Is it worth the price?)
Some of Billies competitors are companies that compete with their shaving products. ShaveMob, Dollar Shave Club, and Harry’s are all huge competitors. ShaveMob caters more towards a bulk buy or subscription base program, but they are still a competitive company. ShaveMob offers high end razors every month to their customers. Their website and service is very straightforward and it’s sincerely a one stop shop. ShaveMod only sells Razor Blades and Razor Handles, Billie sells razors, shaving cream, and other products. Dollar Shave Club is a competitor, even though it relatively caters and advertises to men. There are definitely opportunities for women to purchase from this high-quality company. Also, Harry’s is a very popular company that is a big competitor for Billie because it sells more than shaving products. Harry’s also sells skincare, hair care, and many other competitive products. Billie products are worth the price.

Cost Compared To Competitors
Billie is priced well for their products and competitors. Harry’s is more expensive and sells their blades and handles separate or together, but the price rises when it sells as a set. Dollar Shave Club has a more expensive approach with their razors and products selling at $52 every two months as a package. They do have deodorant and other products that Billie doesn’t offer, but it still falls as a pricier bundle that is recommended from a 7 question quiz. ShaveMob has the least expensive approach if a customer choses a monthly option, otherwise it can be an expensive one time purchase of $15 for one handle and 4 cartridges (razor blades). Billie charges only $9 for a handle, two cartridges, and a magic holder that sticks to a shower wall!

Billie is a very youthful company that is aware of trends within design and culture. It’s apparent from their marketing!
Billie is a fairly new company and has some catching up to do. It’s hard to convince customers to switch over from bigger companies in the industry. Especially with shaving tools and body washes.
With Billie, there are only ten products to choose from.
Billie has very long shipping times for razor blades.
Billie actually could price their products higher- this is a con for their business, not the perspective customer.
The packaging is designed well, clean, and cuts to the chase. There is no need for Billie to explain itself with this packaging. Everyones knows they’re getting a fresh and fun product that is safe and will take care of their needs. The Wonder Wipes are a great example of this.
Anywhere from 4-7 business days! Refill blade shipments are 10-15 days. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $15 and on all razor and wipes subscriptions, if an individual decides to do a monthly payment instead of a one time payment option. For all other orders, shipping is $4.
Good For Gifting?
Not an ideal gift, but cute as a little gesture for a friend or family member. Not recommend it as a gift, though.

The ideal customer is an 18-40 year old young adult/woman. The price is right for many ages!
Customer service is friendly, helpful, and sincerely grateful. Talking to someone in a company’s customer service branch that loves their job, is refreshing.

Billie makes products to last. Their Wonder Wipes last up to 1 month! Other products from Billie last even longer- like their shave cream and body wash!
